Explanation:JH-SJ501 is the agglomerated flux produced b y imported technical know-how and equipment of Swiss Olicon Welding Industry Company,its former product name is OP185.
　　JH-SJ501M is the improved type of JH-SJ501, to suit high speed welding.
　　JH-SJ501 and JH-SJ501M are aluminum-titanium type acidity agglomerated flux, with alkalinity around 0.5~0.8.They are gray and round grain,with grain size around 2.0~0.58mm,and grain size of JH-SJ501M is around 1.18~0.28mm.It can be operated with AC and DC, the wire shall be connected to positive pole when applying DC.It has steady arc, nice weld formation,and easy in slag removing, as well with perfect deposit metal 　　　　　welding mechanical properties.
　　Applications:Accmpanying suitable wires(like H08A,H08MnA,etc.)to weld low carbon steels and some low alloy steels,like the submerged welding of boilers,pressure vessels,ships,etc.It has perfect deposit metal impact toughness.JH-SJ501M is a specified flux used in  the high speed welding of power plant boiler water wall,its welding speed can come up to 70m/h.

　　1 The  fluxs  to be dried 2 hours in 300℃~350℃.
　　2 De-rusting, water and oil cleaning ,as well other impurities removing of the work be done before welding.
